The villa employee, 34-year-old Domingus Seran, was arrested by the police for embezzling about 450 million rupees received from a Ukrainian tenant. The owner of the villa never received the money.
Domingus was arrested at a villa in Kerobokan on November 6, 2020, after information on his whereabouts emerged.
Singapore and Indonesia have agreed to create a Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) for important business and official travel between both countries.
Applications for the RGL will open on October 26, and trips will begin shortly thereafter.

Low cost carrier Citilink has reopened several domestic routes that had been suspended because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a statement, Citilink Indonesia president director Juliandra Nurtjahjo said the routes has been reopened to support tourism in the country.
