Intoxicated Belarussian arrested in Bali
A Belarussian, Victor Lazovski (33), provoked several incidents in a boarding house in the Kedonganan area, South Kuta. Finally, on Monday (10/2) night he was expelled from the boarding house by its owner.
Victor behaved improperly allegedly because of drinking a magic mushroom cocktail. The head of Kuta police unit, I Gusti Agung Kerta Suryanegara, said Victor had been living in that boarding house for several months.
Victor was screaming loud which disturbed other residents of the boarding house. Victor and the boarding house owner had a dispute over the boarding house rent. Victor did not accept being kicked out without returning him the rental money back.
"We are interrogating him, and it looks like he is still under the magic mushroom influence. His breath is still smelly. He is still "flying", and we are calming him down," added Suryanegara.
Victor was handcuffed to protect him from going berserk or running away. Satpol PP plans to take Victor to the Immigration office along with a number of his belongings.
Suryanegara plans to coordinate with Immigration police concerning the alleged crime that has been violated by Victor by consuming magic mushrooms.
