The word ‘Kilo’ is actually derived from the phonetic name of the half-blue, half-yellow nautical flag for ‘K’, which signals the message “I wish to communicate with you.” As such, Kilo aims to communicate moments defined by hearty food, soulful music, warm conversations, and unforgettable occasions. Best described as fusion food, Kilo’s menu takes inspiration from different cuisines around the world and draws on the heritage of its owners and chefs. What started off as a primarily Japanese menu has grown to include Italian, Southern American, Thai, and Korean elements.
