Two Perpetrators Attacked a Bulgarian in Kerobokan
A Bulgarian citizen Kristiayan Stevanov, 34, became a victim of an attack by two unknown persons.
This incident occurred in front of Alfamart Jalan Tangkuban Perahu, Kerobokan, on March 5, Thursday at 20.45.
There were two attackers. As a result of the incident, the victim was rushed to a hospital with an open wound on the hand.
According to information from the witnesses, the two perpetrators used a black Honda Scoopy. The victim and his female friend just went out of the Alfamart store on Tangkuban Perahu Street after buying gallon water.
The victim lifted the gallon then put it in the rear trunk of his Honda Brio. His girlfriend went straight into the car.
"When he was closing the trunk of the car suddenly two persons came on a motorcycle wearing helmets and immediately stopped.
They unsheathed machetes then slashed the victim on the right hand," - said a police source.
After that, the perpetrators fled immediately. While the victim who lives on Jalan Gunung Salak in West Denpasar was immediately rushed to the hospital.
"I have checked the CCTV and asked witnesses for information. It is suspected that the perpetrators had indeed monitored the victims before taking action. We are still hunting them. Their motives are still being explored," said the police source.
